NEW YORK – October 16, 2013 – Syfy continues to shine the spotlight on the exciting and creative world of competitive cosplay by ordering 6 additional episodes of its breakout reality series Heroes of Cosplay, it was announced today. Producers are also seeking talented and passionate cosplayers to be featured in the series who are based in and around the Los Angeles and Atlanta areas.
Heroes of Cosplay is a tantalizing docu-series that lifts the veil on the imaginative world of cosplay and the passionate fans - from legends to newbies - who put their imagination and skills to the test to make a name for themselves in this colorful and competitive world.
Male and female cosplayers who live in Atlanta and Los Angeles and are ready to take their cosplaying to the next level now have a shot at being a part of the show. Candidates must be able to make their own costumes and compete in competitions around the country.
